Termites Are Costly House Guests
Termites can get into your house without your knowledge, and once they’ve made themselves at home, they can become very costly house guests. Every year, termites cause over five billion in damages to structures across the United States. Protecting your home against termites is best done before they get inside. But, whether you want a preventative treatment or need to eliminate an active termite infestation, the experts at Premier Pest Control can help.
Our Termite Control Offerings
One of our certified technicians will visit your home to perform a detailed termite inspection. Since termite damage occurs almost entirely hidden from sight, our technicians know where to look for even the subtlest signs of termite activity. Depending on our findings, we’ll recommend a specific course of treatment that will best serve your house.
Our suggested course of treatment will depend on several factors, including whether or not we find termite activity, how extensive the damage is if we do find them, and what type of termites are in your house.
When suggesting a treatment plan, we will sit down with you to explain the process, provide an estimated time frame for completion, and answer any questions. Our goal is always to find the solution to your termite problem that will involve the least impact to your daily routine.
The treatment methods we use include the following:
Liquid soil treatments
Localized foam or liquid treatments
Yearly termite inspections are encouraged in order to make sure that your home remains termite-free. Depending on the type of treatment you receive, we may require annual inspections for the warranty to remain in effect. For instance, we offer a ten-year warranty on our post-construction Termidor® treatments, but yearly inspections are required.
If your home is not yet built, it’s the ideal time to protect it from termite damage. We offer liquid soil treatments performed before the concrete is even poured. If the concrete has already been poured, we can do direct wood treatments on the framing before you have the insulation and drywall installed.
Pre-construction treatments come with a one-year warranty. If your property meets certain requirements to verify the condition and integrity of the termite barrier and you get a yearly inspection, we will extend the warranty beyond the first year.
